Platform Governance

Terms of Engagement.

Participating in PulsePublic requires a commitment to integrity and the "One Person, One Vote" standard.

Participation & Eligibility
Users must be verified through the PulsePublic authentication system. Each individual is restricted to one (1) unique account. Attempting to create multiple identities or circumvent verification is grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
Verified Identity Standard
By using this platform, you agree to provide accurate verification signals. We use automated tools to detect and eliminate non-human agents (bots). Any data submitted by non-verified or flagged accounts will be excluded from the aggregate Pulse results.
Voting & Submission Rules
All votes cast are final. While identities are verified to ensure uniqueness, the specific content of your vote is processed through a privacy-preserving hashing layer. You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, illegal, or designed to intentionally manipulate results through bad-faith coordination.
Platform Governance
PulsePublic is a non-partisan platform. We do not endorse candidates or bills. Our role is strictly limited to the secure aggregation and visualization of verified public sentiment. We reserve the right to remove engagement modules that violate our safety standards.
